Reception Venue

Unsolicited advice: we invited 330 people which meant there was a strong potential we would have 250+ coming to the reception. That number will *greatly* narrow your options in Kansas City and you will need to try to book a year in advance if you want the pick of the litter.

IHCC is where John’s grandparents had their wedding reception, where their family spent years of Easter, Mother’s Day, and all sorts of family celebrations. There was no question where we wanted our reception to be. We did, however, check other places just to see what was out there.

We felt taken care of and anything we needed, they worked to try to make it happen.
